Training runs leave HQ @ 3.00pm EVERY Saturday that has no fixture noted below.
And, of course, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30pm, when no races.
Also women's groups go out at 7.00pm, Wednesdays
Orion Harriers hope ALL members will support the club
and turn out for midweek league matches. 		Home Matches: Members who marshall most, get
first call on guaranteed London Marathon places.
