As in previous years, Orion will compete in Field + Track
in the Southern League under the name of  FOREST
- a combined team from Orion AND Eton Manor.
Women's league is for all ages over 13
Men's, all ages over 15.

 FOREST needs athletes and helpers!

	If you're not running the Marathon, join the 
	fun at our Elite Marathon Drinks Station!   15k + 35k. 
	The runners reach us sometime after 9.00am.
	7.00pm Post-Marathon Dinner/Drinks at the RFH

Mon 12	From Orion HQ.
	A Forest Jog - for Friends of Epping Forest
	about an hour - with stops, halts and pauses, probably. 
	With Roddy talking, maybe.    6.30pm start

Training runs leave HQ @ 3.00pm EVERY Saturday though not when there's a race at the Club.
And, of course, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30pm, when no races.
Also women's groups go out at 7.00pm, Wednesdays

Orion Harriers hope ALL members will support the club
and turn out for midweek league matches. 		Home Matches: Members not racing will be asked to marshal.
