From U17s to Vets you can compete as 
a senior and be involved in 5 matches -
one at Walthamstow Pool & Track.

Southern Athletics League

Sat 30th	April - Eastbourne
Sat 21st May - Peterborough
Sat 9th July - Croydon

Sat 30th July - Walthamstow

Sat 20th August - Eltham

The team will be men and women, please support the League.

Training runs leave HQ @ 3.00pm EVERY Saturday though not when there's a race at the Club.
And, of course, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.30pm, when no races.
Also women's groups go out at 7.00pm, Wednesdays

Orion Harriers hope ALL members will support the club
and turn out for midweek league matches. 		Home Matches: Members not racing will be asked to marshal.
