| DIRECTIONS FOR RUNNERS + WALKERS PUBLIC TRANSPORT CLICK TfL for best route to Chingford station by public transport from where you are...  The new clubhouse is about 5 minutes walk from Chingford Rail and bus stations. Both bus and rail stations are clearly marked on the Streetmap.co.uk map! Exit either terminus, into Station Road, turn RIGHT (east) to follow Station Road round... about 150 metres cross Station Road towards Bury Road |

There is NO PARKING at the Club. See Image above for nearest parking. There are other Forest Car parks. You ARE athletes - the wee walk from the car park is a good warm-up! A small car park is opposite the Hunting Lodge on Rangers Road and the bigger, closer to the clubhouse car park is on Bury Road - marked on the Streetmap.co.uk map! (Station Road/Rangers Road is the A1069 and leads east from Chingford Station to Epping New Road, the A104. The A104 goes north to Epping, passing near to Junction 26 of the M25) Races START not too far away from the suggested Forest Car Parks. NB: The car parks at the Golf Club/Cafe get shut EARLY. |
