our clubhouse -- set in the heart of our beloved Epping Forest!

FOR RUNNERS + WALKERS PUBLIC TRANSPORT We're a mere 3 or 4 minutes walk (about 350 metres) from Chingford Rail and bus stations. Exit either terminus, into Station Road, turn RIGHT (east) to follow the road round then slightly uphill towards the RFH and our clubhouse on the Left (north) side of Rangers Road. Both bus and rail stations are clearly marked on the Streetmap.co.uk map!

FOR DRIVERS There's NO PARKING in the Royal Forest Hotel's CAR PARKS on Wednesdays, Sundays or on ANY race days. Use one of the several nearby Forest Car parks. You ARE athletes - the wee walk from the car park is a good warm-up! There's a small car park directly opposite the Hunting Lodge and another GIANT car park 250m away on Bury Road - marked on the Streetmap.co.uk map! (Rangers Road is the A1069 and leads east from the Club to Epping New Road, the A104. The A104 goes north to Epping, passing near to Junction 26 of the M25)

Here's some of us at Queen Elizabeth's Hunting Lodge, built in 1543. An ORIGINAL Tudor building - beside our Clubhouse! This obvious landmark is also on Rangers Road, E4, and sits to the East (or right - from the road) of the Royal Forest Hotel. Orion's Clubhouse and HQ is situated behind the Royal Forest Hotel.
