I am an Amateur as defined by the Laws and Rules of UKA and ECCU and will have reached the age of 18 on the day of the race. I agree to abide by the instructions of the Road Marshals and to take all possible care in crossing roads . I acknowledge that Orion Harriers have no legal responsibility for my safety or wellbeing . I am aware that if I reach the 9 miles cut-off pointmore than 1 hour 30 minutes after the start of the race I will be asked to retire and undertake to do so .

As well as any donation (cheques made payable to Orion Harriers), please enclose a Stamped Addressed Envelope to ensure your Race Number is returned in good time. And please, PLEASE, ensure you put correct size/cost stamp on your entry AND return envelope.
The race takes Bridle Paths and Tracks through our beloved Epping Forest - it starts flattish but soon undulates: those who go off too hard, too soon will regret it. We think weve included ALL local hills. Anyone who thinks Essex is flat will reconsider during this race. There will be mud.
